Lulu received her first initiation into yoga over fifteen years ago in her home-country, Italy. It was during a week-long workshop in Tuscany with Ashtanga master, Lino Miele, that she felt yoga was going to stick with her for the rest of her life. After moving to Los Angeles she became certified in 2008 through City Yoga. She has completed teacher trainings in Hatha/Anusara with Noah Maze and in Vinyasa Flow with Shiva Rea. She has deepened her studies under the instruction of world renowned yogis such as Saul David Raye (Bhakti Yoga) Mas Vidal (Raja Yoga), Dharma Mittra, Brian Kest (Power Yoga) and Tej Kaur Khalsa (Kundalini).

Lulu teaches an holistic approach bringing together the rivers of Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Qi Gong, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantra and Kirtan.  As an act of Seva (selfless service), for over eight years she has been teaching Yoga to the Blind at the Braille Institute of Los Angeles where she has created a Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork program specifically devoted to visually impaired students.
